Who we are
We the Anioma Union Ludwigshafen e.V., German chapter, are a non-profit organization registered in Germany and recognized by the German government. The Anioma Union Ludwigshafen e.V. was founded in 2016 by a group of people who had a common dream to mobilize, sensitize, and engage all sons and daughters of Anioma origin, both home and abroad, to unite and get actively involved in not just our personal development and welfare in Germany but also with this purpose of committing to:
- Promoting international ethos and mindsets
- Promoting respect between different cultures and nations and upholding tolerance in all areas of culture and traditions
- Promoting the idea of international, multicultural, and intercultural understanding.
To this effect, we organize cultural events, workshops, and educational programs to strengthen international understanding and tolerance, especially in the aspect of Nigerians and Anioma. We also carry out other projects, programs, efforts, and measures aimed at addressing the alarming level of underdevelopment, or lack of it, in the entire Anioma homeland in Nigeria.
The Surfix e.V. is the German word "eingetragener Verein" which denotes the legality of the Union by the German Government
